O presente trabalho científico tem por finalidade analisar, a partir das obras teológicas pastorais de Irland Pereira Azevedo, Hernandes Dias Lopes e Erwin Lutzer, três aspectos que são imprescindíveis para o pastor contemporâneo manter-se fiel a Jesus Cristo, ao seu chamado, às Escrituras Sagradas e à igreja a que foi destinado para servir com presteza e amor. A intenção deste artigo é reforçar a importância de termos à frente das igrejas cristãs servos de Deus comprometidos com a vida de santidade, fiéis ao chamado divino e dedicados em tudo à Igreja de Jesus Cristo. Diante da crise vocacional no meio pastoral e da infiltração de doutrinas questionáveis no meio da igreja cristã na atualidade, só nos resta resgatar aspectos relevantes e inegociáveis às lideranças pastorais ao longo da história da Igreja.

FROM PASTOR TO PASTOR: INTEGRITY, VOCATION AND CHURCH
Abstract
The present scientific work aims to analyze, from the pastoral theological works of Irland Pereira Azevedo, Hernandes Dias Lopes and Erwin Lutzer, three aspects that are essential for the contemporary pastor to remain faithful to Jesus Christ, to his call, Scripture sacred and the church that was intended to serve promptly and love. The intent of this article is to reinforce the importance of having the front of the servants of God Christian churches committed to the life of holiness, faithful to God's call and dedicated in everything the Church of Jesus Christ. Given the vocations crisis in the pastoral environment and the infiltration of questionable doctrines in the middle of the Christian church today, we can only redeem relevant aspects and non-negotiable to the pastoral leaders throughout the Church's history.
