O PROFETA E A MISSÃO: A MENSAGEM DE MIQUEIAS E A TEOLOGIA DA MISSÃO INTEGRAL

Resumo

O presente trabalho proporciona uma base para a interpretação do profeta Miqueias a partir da estrutura interpretativa que parte dos conceitos-chave da teologia da Missão Integral. Provê também uma crítica construtiva a esta teologia à luz da mensagem profética de Miqueias e seu modo de lidar com seu contexto, isto é, a realidade de sua época. A pesquisa conta com uma análise do livro de Miqueias - estrutura do livro, linguagem, contexto e mensagem - visando apresentar os principais temas em sua mensagem e a teologia que o livro tem como base. Apresenta também brevemente a história e os principais conceitos da Missão Integral, formatando depois disso uma maneira de interpretar o livro de Miqueias a partir dessa teologia latino- americana. Para tanto, são considerados os dois mais importantes conceitos para a Missão Integral, Missio Dei e reino de Deus, os quais são aplicados numa interpretação de Miqueias.

The prophet and the mission: the message of Micah and the Theology of Integral Mission

ABSTRACT

The present work provides a basis for the interpretation of the prophet Micah from the interpretative structure that starts from the key concepts of the theology of the Integral Mission. It also provides a constructive critique of this theology in the light of Micah”s prophetic message and his way of dealing with his context, that is, the reality of his time. The research has an analysis of Micah”s book - structure of the book, language, context and message - aiming to present the main themes in his message and the theology that the book is based on. This research also brie y presents the history and main concepts of the Integral Mission and shapes a way of interpreting Micah”s book from this Latin American theology. In this work, the two most important concepts for the Integral Mission, Missio Dei and the kingdom of God are considered in this, which are applied in an interpretation of Micah.
