O CONCEITO BÍBLICO-TEOLÓGICO-PRÁTICO DE “DIACONIA”: UMA ANÁLISE DAS DIMENSÕES SEMÃNTICAS DO TERMO COMO HORIZONTE PARA O SERVIÇO SOCIAL CRISTÃO
Resumo
O artigo propõe delinear o conceito de diaconia a partir da análise das diversas dimensões que o termo apresenta tanto no campo da teologia bíblica quanto no estudo da teologia prática. Incialmente, buscam-se as bases neotestamentárias para a compreensão do termo “diaconia”. Após essa análise bíblica, o artigo apresenta as perspectivas propostas pelo teólogo luterano Kjell Nordstokke sobre o uso que o termo “diaconia” pode ter no campo da teologia prática, quais sejam, a diaconia como responsabilidade ética, como princípio eclesiológico e como o cio eclesiástico. Ao  nal, o artigo conclui que não se deve ter uma compreensão totalmente segmentada destas dimensões da diaconia, mas importa que se tenha uma visão holística, a  m de sopesar toda a riqueza que envolve a teologia diaconal. Portanto, o que se propõe é uma inter-relação entre estas diversas divisões conceituais do termo, apontado assim para a importância de considerar a diaconia enquanto atividade integradora que se orienta a partir da essência de seu propósito, qual seja, de servir ao próximo e buscar a glória de Deus sobre todas as coisas.

The biblical-theological-practical concept of “diaconia”: an analysis of the semantic dimensions of the term as horizon for the christian social service
ABSTRACT
The article proposes to delineate the concept of diakonia from the analysis of the various dimensions that the term presents both in the  eld of biblical theology and in the study of practical theology. Initially, seeks the New Testament bases for understanding the term “diakonia”. After this biblical analysis, the article presents the perspectives proposed by the Lutheran theologian Kjell Nordstokke on the use that the term “diakonia” can have in the  eld of practical theology, that is, the diakonia as ethical responsibility, as ecclesiological principle and as ecclesiastical o ce. In the end, the article concludes that should not have a fully segmented understanding of these dimensions of diakonia, but must take a holistic view in order to weigh all the wealth involved in diaconal theology. Therefore, what is proposed is an interrelationship between these various conceptual divisions of the term, thus pointed to the importance of considering diakonia as an integrative activity that is oriented from the essence of its purpose, that is, to serve the neighbor and seek the glory of God above all things.
