A PERSPECTIVA CRISTÃ DE ESTADO E A NECESSIDADE DE INFLUÊNCIA EXPRESSIVA DA IGREJA: UMA ANÁLISE DE ROMANOS 13.1-7
Resumo
A cosmovisão cristã expressa a soberania de Cristo sobre todas as esferas da existência humana, demonstrando o domínio Divino acerca da vida privada e pública. Em Romanos 13.1-7, Paulo expõe a perspectiva cristã acerca do governo civil, proporcionando uma abordagem que reconhece a dimensão do evangelho redimindo inclusive a relação cidadão/estado. Deste modo, o intuito deste trabalho é refletir sobre a mensagem em Romanos 13.1-7, considerando qual a perspectiva cristã a cerca das autoridades civis, relacionando o povo de Deus diante dos desafios públicos de natureza política. Mediante pesquisa bibliográfica foram abordados os principais temas teológicos da passagem analisada, apresentando o seu contexto histórico, a relação deste com a mensagem do Senhor e sua atualidade. Nesse estudo, foram considerados os pensamentos de célebres estudiosos do Novo Testamento, como N. T. Wright, Willian Hendriksen, Adolf Pohl, entre outros, que auxiliaram na interpretação do texto, fornecendo subsídios para compreender a soberania de Cristo sobre os governantes civis e a necessidade da igreja de influenciar o Estado com os princípios da Palavra de Deus.

The Christian perspective of the State and the need for expressive influence of the church: an analysis of Romans 13.1-7
Abstract: The Christian worldview expresses Christ's Sovereignty over all spheres of human existence, demonstrating Divine dominion over private and public life. In Romans 13: 1-7, Paul expounds the Christian perspective on civil government, providing an approach that recognizes the gospel dimension by redeeming even the citizen/state. Thus, the purpose of this work is to reflect on the message in Romans 13: 1-7, considering the Christian perspective on civil authorities, relating the people of God to the public challenges of a political nature. Through bibliographical research the main theological themes of the analyzed passage were presented, presenting its historical context, its relation with the message of the Lord and its actuality. In this study, the thoughts of celebrated New Testament scholars such as NT Wright, Willian Hendriksen, Adolf Pohl, among others, were considered to provide insights into Christ's Sovereignty over civil rulers and the need for church to influence the state with the principles of the Word of God.
