ENSINO TEOLÓGICO À DISTÃNCIA: ESTRATÉGIAS E TRANSFORMAÇÕES NA MODALIDADE DE APRENDIZAGEM

Resumo

Estruturar um ensino à distância de forma que transforme a modalidade de aprendizagem, talvez seja uma tradução do que a sociedade tem vivenciado nos últimos anos. Assim, é necessário investigar o acesso a diversas práticas e instrumentos relacionados com o processo de ensino-aprendizagem via EaD, encarando-o como um fenômeno pedagógico, e não somente geográfico. Não obstante, o ensino teológico também adentra este campo da modalidade de ensino, apresentando seus desafios que dizem respeito a sua cultura e valores. Assim, esta pesquisa apresenta as vantagens do ensino a distância no âmbito teológico, buscando transpor suas dificuldades particulares, encontrando oportunidades na viabilidade da capacitação neste campo do conhecimento. Para entender o processo da história e estudo teológico, esta pesquisa apresenta as principais decisões deste campo de ensino, a fim de mostrar os desafios e oportunidades. Em seguida, busca descrever os principais agentes envolvidos com a educação à distância, a saber: alunos e professores; agentes estes os quais devem empenhar-se para a geração de conhecimento participativo e significativo. Por fim, explana a viabilidade do desenvolvimento pessoal e tecnológico para o ensino teológico à distância oferecido pela instituição de ensino superior, denominada Faculdade Batista Pioneira, apresentando princípios para a qualidade do ensino de forma que a essência proposta pela instituição seja preservada apesar das mudanças no formato de ensino. Compreende-se que é necessário apontar um novo caminho para a EaD, que deve ser percorrido não só por pesquisadores, mas por toda a equipe institucional. Tal proposta só se torna possível mediante a gestão de uma liderança estratégica adequada, que vise a fluidez de processos de implementação de curso, mediante o conhecimento partilhado.

Distance theological teaching: strategies and transformations in the learning modality

Abstract: Structuring distance learning in a way that transforms the learning modality is perhaps a translation of what society has experienced in recent years. Thus, it is necessary to investigate access to different practices and instruments related to the teaching-learning process via EaD, viewing it as a pedagogical phenomenon, and not just a geographic one. However, theological teaching also enters this field of teaching modality, presenting its challenges that concern its culture and values. Thus, this research presents the advantages of distance learning in the theological context, seeking to overcome its particular difficulties, finding opportunities in the viability of training in this field of knowledge. In order to understand the process of history and theological study, this research presents the main decisions of this teaching field, in order to show the challenges and opportunities. Then, it seeks to describe the main agents involved with distance education, namely: students and teachers; agents who must commit themselves to the generation of participatory and meaningful knowledge. Finally, it explains the feasibility of personal and technological development for distance theological teaching offered by the institution of higher education, called Faculdade Batista Pioneira, presenting principles for the quality of teaching so that the essence proposed by the institution is preserved despite changes in the teaching format. It is understood that it is necessary to point out a new path for EaD, which must be followed not only by researchers, but by the entire institutional team. Such a proposal is only possible through the management of an adequate strategic leadership, which aims at the fluidity of the course implementation processes, through shared knowledge.
