A POIMÊNICA ATUAL NA COMUNIDADE DE FÉ: POSSIBILIDADES E LACUNAS

Resumo

Neste artigo é desenvolvida a discussão sobre a poimênica a ser efetivada pelo pastor no desenvolvimento da comunidade religiosa, identificando suas possibilidades e lacunas. O recorte que será apresentado é a atividade do líder religioso que promove as mudanças exigidas pelo tempo em que hoje se vive. Também é feita a correlação da práxis pastoral frente à sociedade que gera a interface ao desenvolvimento da igreja no contexto social em que ela se encontra. O presente artigo tem por objetivo buscar a essência de uma poimênica circunscrita a uma vocação específica, que reflita as atividades realizadas pelo mestre Jesus de Nazaré, com a nítida compreensão de que cada pastor deve atentar-se para o desenvolvimento da sua comunidade religiosa por meio da cooperação entre ele e os leigos de sua igreja. Dessarte, constrói-se este conteúdo científico pela metodologia bibliográfica exploratória e descritiva. A grande ênfase aqui exposta é o amor do pastor para com a sua comunidade, a íntima, intensa e diária devoção a Deus, bem como a necessidade de se ter a mentalidade de que a missão nunca acaba. Parte-se, antes de tudo, de uma definição teológica do que seria a “poimênica”, distinguindo-se entre a vocação geral de todos os cristãos e a vocação específica feita a alguns para o exercício da função religiosa, apresentando-se os elementos fulcrais que estão envoltos nessa vocação específica. Em seguida, analisa-se a questão de mudanças que podem e devem fazer parte de uma poimênica efetiva, salientando-se os diversos cuidados em se propor mudanças na comunidade de fé. A partir daí, salienta-se o fato de que a vocação religiosa não exige apenas a capacidade de pastoreio dentro do contexto da igreja local; é necessário que se tenha uma percepção social ampla. Há uma realidade muito complexa de afastamento das pessoas da comunidade religiosa e, atualmente exige-se uma interação eficaz da igreja com a sociedade externa. Como resultado, sedimenta-se a interface da poimênica frente ao desenvolvimento da igreja local, destacando-se as dificuldades que surgem nas mais diferentes formas e fornecendo subsídios para que o pastor seja efetivo em sua poimênica.

The current pastoral care in the community of faith: possibilities and gaps

Abstract: In this article a discussion is developed on the care to be carried out by the priest in the development of the religious community, identifying possibilities and gaps. The focus that will be presented is the activity of the pastor who promotes the changes required by the times in which we live today. The correlation of pastoral praxis with society is also made, which generates the interface for the development of the Church in the social context in which it finds itself. This article aims to seek the essence of a ministry limited to a specific vocation, which reflects the activities carried out by the master Jesus of Nazareth, with the clear understanding that each pastor must pay attention to the development of his religious community through of cooperation between him and the lay people of his church. Therefore, this scientific content is constructed using exploratory and descriptive bibliographic methodology. The great emphasis exposed here is the pastor's love for his community, the intimate, intense and daily devotion to God, as well as the need to have the mentality that the mission never ends. It starts, first of all, with a theological definition of what “poimenics” would be, distinguishing between the general vocation of all Christians and the specific vocation given to some to exercise the religious function, presenting the elements key elements that are involved in this specific vocation. Next, the issue of changes that can and should be part of effective support is analyzed, highlighting the different precautions in proposing changes in the community. From there, the fact is highlighted that the religious vocation does not only require the ability to pastor within the context of the local church; it is necessary to have a broad social perception. There is a very complex reality of distancing people from the religious community and, currently, effective interaction between the Church and external society is required. As a result, the interface of support is consolidated in relation to the development of the local Church, highlighting the difficulties that arise in the most different forms and providing support for the religious to be effective in their support.
