A ORAÇÃO NO EVANGELHO DE LUCAS: HISTÓRIA E RELEVÂNCIA

Resumo

Na narrativa neotestamentária do Evangelho de Lucas, a oração é apresentada como um elemento central na vida de Jesus Cristo e de seus discípulos. A oração em Lucas é ressaltada como uma forma fundamental de comunicação com a divindade, além de ser uma expressão da fé cristã genuína. Este artigo tem como objetivo precípuo analisar o papel da oração em Lucas, considerando seu contexto histórico e sua relevância para a teologia cristã. Com vistas a atingir tal objetivo, optou-se por uma pesquisa de natureza qualitativa, desenvolvida por meio de procedimento bibliográfico, fundamentada na consulta de obras e estudos publicados sobre o tema. A história e a relevância da oração no Evangelho de Lucas corroboram que ela ocupa lugar central na vida e no ministério de Jesus. Desse modo, a oração em Lucas assinala que o maior aprendizado está na pessoa de Jesus, cuja prática e ensino permanecem como legado fundamental à fé cristã.

Prayer in the Gospel of Luke: History and Relevance

Abstract: In the New Testament narrative of the Gospel of Luke, prayer is presented as a central element in the life of Jesus Christ and his disciples. Prayer in Luke is highlighted as a fundamental form of communication with the divine, as well as an expression of genuine Christian faith. This article's main objective is to analyze the role of prayer in Luke, considering its historical context and its relevance to Christian theology. To achieve this, we opted for a qualitative research approach, developed through a bibliographical procedure, based on the consultation of published works and studies on the subject. The history and relevance of prayer in the Gospel of Luke corroborate that it occupies a central place in the life and ministry of Jesus. Thus, prayer in Luke signals that the greatest learning is found in the person of Jesus, whose practice and teaching remain a fundamental legacy for the Christian faith.
