A prática da administração do tempo no ministério pastoral: entre ações e possibilidades
Resumo
O objetivo geral desta pesquisa é analisar a importância da administração do tempo no ministério pastoral, tendo como objetivos específicos argumentar sobre a responsabilidade do tempo; demonstrar que as muitas atividades no ministério pastoral podem ser impeditivas ao bom uso do tempo; e apontar quais as reais prioridades que precisam ser priorizadas na vida de um pastor. A pesquisa trabalha com o seguinte problema: Por que é tão importante enfatizar sobre a administração do tempo no ministério pastoral? Aponta-se como justificativas, para este trabalho que o tempo é muito valioso para todas as pessoas. Atualmente, com o desenvolvimento da tecnologia, aumenta-se também as variadas formas de entretenimento que podem conduzir muitos pastores à perca de tempo. A motivação para esta pesquisa está na realidade do próprio autor compreender o quão difícil é remir o tempo quando se está no ministério, a serviço da igreja. O propósito desta reflexão é auxiliar os amigos de ministério, ou os que ainda o almejam, a entender que é necessária uma vida de disciplina no que diz respeito ao tempo. A metodologia desta pesquisa elege como procedimento técnico a pesquisa bibliográfica. Tal investigação ocorrerá em livros no âmbito da teologia pastoral. A análise dos dados escolhido para este trabalho teve como ponto de partida as comparações por intermédio de literatura similar sobre o assunto. Alista-se como aporte teórico, autores contemporâneos, como: Anyabwile (2015); DeYoung (2014); Goertzen (2014); Piper (2009), como també autores clássicos que tiveram suas obras reeditadas, como: Bonar (2007); Baxter (2013) e Jones (2013), entre outros mais. Por fim, conclui-se que o tempo não precisa ser o alvo das frustrações de um pastor. O ministério pastoral pode ser cumprido de forma honrosa e prazerosa, desde que se considere a responsabilidade da administração do tempo.

The practice of time management in the pastoral ministry: between actions and possibilities
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to analyze the importance of time management in pastoral ministry. Specific goals are arguing about the responsibility concerning time, demonstrating that the multiple activities in pastoral ministry can impede good use of time, and to point out what are the real priorities that need to be prioritized in the life of a pastor. The research addresses the following problem: why is it so important to emphasize time management in pastoral ministry? It is pointed out as justifications for this work that time is precious for all people. Nowadays, with the development of technology, the variety of entertainment that can lead many pastors to waste time is also increasing. The motivation for this research is the reality of the author himself, to understand how difficult it is to redeem the time when one is in the ministry serving the church. The purpose of this reflection is to help friends of ministry or others who still desire to discover early that a life of discipline is necessary concerning time. The methodology of this research is bibliographic research. Such research will take place in books within the scope of pastoral theology. The analysis of the data chosen for this work was based on comparisons through the literature on the subject. Contemporary authors, such as Anyabwile (2015), are listed as theoretical contributions used to construct the object. DeYoung (2014); Goertzen (2014); Piper (2009), as for classic authors who had their works reissued, such as Bonar (2007); Baxter (2013) and Jones (2013), among others. Finally, the conclusion is that time has not to be the target of a pastor's frustrations. Pastoral ministry can be fulfilled in an honorable and pleasurable way, as long as the responsibility of time management is considered.
