ÉTICA CRISTÃ NO EXERCÍCIO DA DOCÊNCIA
Resumo
A presente pesquisa científica tem a intenção de trabalhar acerca da importância da ética cristã no exercício da docência. Visualiza-se que em determinadas práticas de docência existem falhas e até mesmo ausência em usos de certos princípios éticos, gerando sérios problemas sociais a partir dos novos cidadãos preparados para vivência social. A ética a ser explorada e tida como base nesta pesquisa é a ética cristã, fundamentada nos ensinos de Jesus Cristo, presente nas Escrituras Sagradas. A aplicabilidade dos valores e princípios éticos a todas as áreas da vida é de fundamental importância para vivência em sociedade de forma saudável e equilibrada. Serão utilizadas para o desenvolvimento desta pesquisa obras na área de vida cristã, docência e ética para corroborar com os objetivos propostos na temática. Os princípios éticos cristãos da honestidade, responsabilidade e amor ao próximo serão delimitados nesta pesquisa e aprofundados. A intenção deste trabalho é mostrar a importância da aplicabilidade dos valores éticos a partir da área de formação e ensino para a vida em sociedade. Uma vez trabalhadas as bases, norteadas por princípios divinos, fica mais fácil o aprofundamento da busca do conhecimento e a praticidade a partir da imitação. Desta feita, identifica-se na pessoa do docente que vivencia profissão (ministério) na área de ensino, como uma pessoa fundamental no processo de preparação de vidas que vivenciem em tudo as características de Jesus Cristo em todos os lugares em que estiverem da sociedade, trazendo equilíbrio e vida mais justa, coerente e cooperativa.

Christian Ethics in exercise of teaching
ABSTRACT
This scientific research is intended to work on the importance of Christian ethics in the teaching profession. Is noticed that in certain teaching practices there are failures and even the absence of certain ethical principles, causing serious social problems. The ethic that will be examined and taken as the basis of this research is the Christian ethic, based on the teachings of Jesus Christ, present in the Holy Scriptures. The applicability of the values and ethical principles in all areas of life have fundamental importance for the living in society in a healthy and balanced way. Papers in the area of Christian life, teachings and ethics will be used for the development of this research. Christian ethical principles of honesty, responsibility and love are defined in this study. The intention of this work is to show the importance of the applicability of ethical values from the area of training and education for life in society. Once worked on the bases, guided by divine principles, it becomes easier the deepening of the search for knowledge and the practicality by the imitation. It is identified in the teachings of the person who experiences profession (ministry) in teaching, as a key person in the process of preparation of lives that experience in all the features of Jesus Christ everywhere int the society, bringing balance and fairer life, coherent and cooperative.
