RESUMO

O artigo, através do método de pesquisa bibliográfico, explora caminhos de interpretações da graça percorridos por nomes de inquestionável relevância em seu tempo e posteridade. As paradas ocorreram em três estações distintas. Inicialmente foram apresentados os principais usos e sentidos de graça pelo apóstolo Paulo, o considerado “apóstolo da graça”. Dado esse passo, prosseguiu-se para Agostinho, o “doutor graça”, que também dedicou significativo espaço à temática e, sequencialmente, para Lutero, que lutou para devolver a graça ao seu espaço.

Pathways of interpretations of grace: in Paul and his interpreters Augustine and Luther

ABSTRACT

The article, through the bibliographical research method, aims to explore the ways of interpreting grace, driven by names of unquestionable importance in their time and posterity. The study focused on three separate terms. Initially, the main uses and meanings of grace by the Apostle Paul, who is considered the "Apostle of Grace”. After this on Augustine, who is considered the "Doctor of Grace". And finally on Luther, who struggled to return grace to its own place.
