CRISTÃO E O CUIDADO COM A NATUREZA

Resumo

O presente artigo analisa a relação entre os ensinamentos bíblicos e o cuidado com a natureza. Existem muitos textos na Bíblia que fundamentam a visão de que o cristão deve ser alguém preocupado com as questões ecológicas. Sendo assim, este artigo apresenta a visão bíblia sobre o cuidado com a criação divina, de forma especial a partir de Gênesis, e de outros textos bíblicos do Novo Testamento. É enfatizando que tudo na criação foi feito com detalhes e cabe ao ser humano zelar por essa criação. A natureza como objeto da criação e não como objeto de adoração é mais um dos destaques deste artigo. Para finalizar falou-se que cuidar da natureza envolve até mesmo questões de ética, pois os seres humanos são responsáveis pelo cuidar do meio ambiente.

The christian and the caring for nature

ABSTRACT: This article analyzes the relationship between biblical teachings and caring for nature. There are many texts in the Bible that support the view that a Christian should be someone concerned with ecological issues. Therefore, this article presents the Bible view on care for divine creation, especially from Genesis, and other New Testament biblical texts. It emphasizes that everything in creation was done in detail and that it is up to the human being to care for the creation. Nature as an object of creation and not an object of worship is another highlight of this article. Finally, it is said that taking care of nature even involves ethical issues, as human beings are responsible for taking care of the environment.
