AS BEM-AVENTURANÇAS: O CAMINHO (TEO)LÓGICO DO DISCIPULADO

Resumo

O presente artigo analisa a passagem das bem-aventuranças, compreendida em Mateus 5.3-12, e desenvolve a ideia apresentada por Martyn Lloyd-Jones de que elas estão organizadas numa sequência lógica e espiritual. Para tal, a passagem foi submetida à análise de seus contextos histórico, cultural e literário; também foram apresentadas as análises de personagem, léxica, estilística, verso a verso e teológica, além de relacioná-la com o texto de Lucas 6.20-23. Dessa maneira, baseado no pensamento de autores como Lloyd-Jones, D. A. Carson e Russel Shedd, dentre os resultados obtidos nessa pesquisa, destaca-se que a existência de uma sequência lógica e espiritual é uma leitura plausível para a passagem, sendo ela uma espécie de caminho percorrido por aquele que deseja ser um discípulo de Cristo.

The Beatitudes: the (theo)logical way of the discipleship

Abstract: This article analyzes the text of the beatitudes, in Matthew 5.3-12, and develops the idea presented by Martyn Lloyd-Jones that the text is organized in a logical and spiritual sequence. For that, the text was submitted to an analysis of its historical, cultural and literary contexts; was presented the character, lexical, stylistic, verse by verse and theological analysis as well, in addition to relating it to Luke 6.20-23. So, based in authors like Lloyd-Jones, D. A. Carson and Russel Shedd, among the results obtained in this research, it stands out that the existence of a logical and spiritual sequence is a possible hypothesis for the text, and the text is a kind of path to be traveled by one who wishes to become a disciple of Christ.
