OS DOIS DEVEDORES: UMA ANÁLISE DO TEXTO DE LUCAS 7.36-50 COM UM OLHAR SOBRE OS ELEMENTOS CULTURAIS

Resumo

Este artigo concentrou-se na análise do contexto cultural do texto de Lucas 7.36-50 com o objetivo de verificar e comprovar como isso contribui para o entendimento da passagem. Além disso, a pesquisa também abordou os ensinamentos da parábola mencionada por Jesus no relato. Em sua conclusão, o artigo demonstrou as evidências e resultados genuínos do perdão na vida de um pecador, utilizando como exemplo as atitudes da mulher. Além do mais, foi apresentado o caso de Simão, fariseu para quem o perdão não foi concedido, explicando as razões para isso ter ocorrido.

The two debtors: an analysis of the text of Luke 7.36-50 with a look over the cultural elements

Abstract: This article has concentrated itself on the analysis of the cultural context of the text of Luke 7:36-50 with the objective of verifying and proving how that contributes to the understanding of the passage. Furthermore, the research also approached the teachings of the parable mentioned by Jesus in the narration. In its conclusion, the article demonstrated the genuine evidences and results of forgiveness in the life of a sinner, utilizing the actions of the woman as an example. Along with that, it also presented the case of Simon, Pharisee to whom forgiveness wasn”t given, and explained the reasons for it to had happened.
