A INFLUÊNCIA DA PÓS-MODERNIDADE E O DESAFIO DE PASTOREAR

Resumo

A pesquisa a seguir apresentou de forma resumida como a pós-modernidade tem se apresentado, tanto no contexto secular quanto no eclesiástico. Abordou pontos de como essa “era” tem fornecido aos seus consumidores e espectadores um mundo onde quase tudo é relativo e condicionado ao momento. Mostrou, de forma resumida, como a influência da pós-modernidade afetou a religião e o cristianismo. Também como o ministério pastoral foi impactado pelas novas tendências secularizadas e como o pastor deveria se portar diante das mesmas. Mostrou que, acima de qualquer condição imposta pelos novos padrões sociais, que o pastor deveria estar sensível à voz de Deus, pois está cuidando das ovelhas do Cordeiro.

The influence of post-modernity and the challenge of shepherding

Abstract: The following research summarized how postmodernity has been presented, both in the secular and in the ecclesiastical context. It addressed points on how this “era” has provided its consumers and viewers with a world where almost everything is relative and conditioned to the moment. It showed, in a summarized way, how the influence of post-modernity affected religion and Christianity. Also how pastoral ministry was impacted by new secularized trends and how the pastor should behave in the face of them. He showed that, above any condition imposed by the new social standards, that the shepherd should be sensitive to the voice of God, because he is taking care of the sheep of the Lamb.
